A NETWORK OF MOLECULAR AND FUNCTIONAL INTERACTIONS TO ANALYSE GEMMA OMICS DATASETS

We developed a network of molecular and functional interactions to analyse gene-related, metabolite-related and microbiota species-related input scores derived from GEMMA omics datasets.

The molecular and functional interactions are derived from the databases STRING and STITCH, literature datasets and GEMMA datasets. The interactions are: among human genes, between human gene and metabolites, between human genes and microbe genes, between microbe species and metabolites. All features are mapped to their standard identifiers from NCBI.

We plan to release this dataset within December 2025.
