On April 17, at the Ebris Foundation in Salerno and sponsored by Medinok, the meeting “Gut-Brain Axis & Neurosviluppo between innovation and challenges in the clinical field” was held.
The event was introduced by Arch. Vincenzo Napoli, Mayor of Salerno and moderated by Giovanna Di Giorgio, «Il Mattino», Naples. The leading experts in neuropsychiatry, neuroscience, gastroenterology and microbiology spoke to shed light on the gut-brain relationship, which is often involved in depressive, neurodevelopmental, neurodegenerative and psychiatric disorders. On this occasion, the results obtained so far by the GEMMA project were presented.
